It does smudge a bit when i put it in my tightline and gives me racoon eyes but if i do a simple eyeliner wing it doesnt budge. Not very waterproof but it does work. I mainly use this as eyeliner and my eye area is oily. I wouldnt repurchase this as the pencil tip becomes blunt overtime and i have to sharpen it to give me a precise wing.
