I'm on my second already. I used to have some nasty pimples on my face just before my period, however,  I have had almost none since I use this cream; and the ones I had, disappeared almost immediately. For even better results I choose to mix the cream with some drops of camelia oil, so that I wake up with even smoother skin. I don't use it as a day cream as you need to use a sunscreen with this one. The couple of times I used it with my sunscreen it just felt too rich. However, as the last step for a PM routine it is just perfect.
