I was impressed by the candy packaging of this tint, and when it comes in red packaging with Minnie on it, I have to get it! The tint just comes with a tiny seal no box The tint's texture is like a mousse-y cream, rich and pigmented. Just one swipe I can get my whole lips covered. I would not say it has a strong tint effect but maybe the colour I chose (Chai Tea) is not a very bold so the effect is not as strong. I love this lip mousse since it leaves a velvety matte without drying the heck out of my lips (even though my lips are not the driest one). Overall, for the price of this, I highly recommend this for anyone who love matte non-drying lip colour.
