I have dehydrated skin that is prone to breakouts, I haven't had any negative reactions to this and it hasn't exacerbated any pimples. I am very happy with this product. It is emollient and thick and definitely settles into the skin slower than a gel but it doesn't take longer than a few minutes to sink in. My skin doesn't feel tight or dry when I use this. It doesn't affect pigmentation or lines but nor do I expect it to. It's a reliable moisturiser and isn't heavily fragranced.
