This cream surprised me a lot. I thought it wouldn’t be moisturizing enough for me dry eye are but I was wrong.

It gently moisturizes my under eye area but it does not refresh it.

I apply two layers of it in order to get the moisture I need before I apply concealer/make up.

I do like it but I wish it was a little bit refreshing.
