I initially bought this for myself because I heard and read amazing things about it.  Unfortunately my skin did not take it well.  It clogged my pores and gave me heaps of blackhead.  So I gave it to my mum and she absolutely loves it.  Mum has combination to normal skin type. Mum has heaps of deep scarring from her younger days from acne, but since using this cream her complexion has become smoother and her friends often compliment on how smooth and bright her skin has become.  Mum is not into fancy toners or serums and only uses this cream at night.  I have bought her another 2 tubs. :)
