It's not easy to find a good, cheap, brown eyeliner in the US because everyone prefers black, so I decided to try a Korean one...It was totally worth it! This eyeliner doesn't smudge at all (even when I use it on my lash line). The color is just perfect between natural and noticeable. I will definitely be repurchasing it!
