There's not much to say about this toner.
Does it provide moisture to skin? Yes.
Does it break me out? No.
Does it do much else...? Not really.

Great if your only concern is finding a toner that helps provide and retain moisture. However, I think the price is a little high for doing only that. I heard it's the perfect formula for the "7" Method, but I honestly do not plan on doing that. I use this when my skin is feeling particularly sensitive and on days I use exfoliating peels/acids. It's great for providing a sense of relief to irritated or inflamed skin, I will attest to that. I love the natural ingredients and beautiful packaging. Will probably purchase again if there is a sale.
