The packaging looks sturdy and professional (if you know what I mean), nothing flashy or colorful (like the usual Korean stuffs). The pen is not too slim so I find it's easier to hold. As it mentions in the name this is a matte liner, I don't really find it that matte, but definitely not glossy, the pigmentation is nice, but probably because I got the brown one so it's not super dark. It's good if you don't like the harsh line like black liner usually gives. Overall, the product is good for the price.
