The starter has got a liquid consistency. It moisturizes my skin well and I even don't need to use a cream after it. I have got a combination skin, and this starter fits me perfectly. After using the skin becomes more healthy, soft, smooth and matte. But there is one tiny minus - the smell of alcohol, but it doesn't affect on the properties of the starter . So 5 stars.
