This product is a holy grail blackhead killer for me. The thing is you have to use it according to the instruction, steam, put it on, wrap with something so it stays on and then remove, you will see the blackheads/whiteheads coming to the surface which you can swipe off with a cotton bud, but if not then you have to extract them with a tool.

I had amazing result with this product but only when i used it right.
