I think this is a decent sheet mask - nothing too special, but hydrating and slightly soothing. The potato gives a soothing effect to the skin and the glycerine hydrates the skin nicely. This mask is good if you are looking to maintain the moisture in your skin, however, if you have other skin concerns then you would need to find another mask. I have combination, acne-prone sensitive skin and it suited my skin well. If you were to put the mask in the fridge for a few minutes before using it then the soothing effect would be heightened.
