It works pretty well, removes my makeup and gets some grits out as well when massaging. Could emulsify better (tend to get product stuck in my eyelashes and eyebrows), and I also suspect that it's clogging up my sink. Discovered recently that there's Polyethylene (plastic) in it, and therefore won't be repurchasing (nor using up the remaining half of the product) as I do not want to contribute to the microplastic waste in the ocean.
