One of my go-to products for pimples that have a "head" (aka has pus). I use this overnight (and sometimes during the day) and it immediately absorbs the moisture from the pimple, and decreases its size to almost half.

In order to maximize the use of the product, I would cut the big patch into four equal smaller sections so it generates more patches to use!
