I put this on after my toner dries. A small amount goes a long way. After you put it one your skin will feel a little tacky/sticky but give it a chance to sink into your skin and dry a little. It's too soon to tell what positive effects it will have on my skin in terms of age lines and sun spots, but for now it makes for a good base for my other products and is giving me some hydration.
