I have loved everything CosRX so far and this sunscreen did not disappoint. This is my first Korean sunscreen. All I have tried so far have been Western-style, physical sunscreens, where a SPF 50 means a horrible white cast and barely any spreadability. I was a bit wary, because some people are sensitive to chemical sunscreens, but luckily, after two weeks of use, it seems I am not one of them - no irritation and no breakouts.

I have seen reviews that describe the finish as matte. I have not found it so, but it's winter here right now, so my skin is pretty dry and I have had no issues so far with this. My Missha Magic Cushion applies over it like a dream, it's hydrating and I haven't suffered any dry patches or pilling. You can see on the second picture, I drew a line in the middle of my hand and applied the sun cream on the right half. I waited for 5-6 minutes before taking a picture, you can see that there is some shine to the skin with the sun cream, but no white cast at all. My 12 y.o. daughter suffers from sporadic sun allergy and it's been very hard to make her apply sunscreen every day, because of the horrible white cast, but she likes this one very much and her skin tolerates it very well. It will become I regular purchase for our household, I believe.
