I'm pretty pale, and shade 13 was a good match for me, however there are girls paler than me who I do not think could wear this. For example if you are lighter than lets say, 140-150 in the fenty beauty foundation range, this might be too dark for you! This foundation lasts for about 7-8 hours before it starts to break down, that is with prepped skin before hand. It is not very full coverage, but I like that because I like a more natural base. However I have a lot of redness, so I know that if you are trying to cover that redness you will not like this. You can build up the coverage a bit, but I don't really do that so I'm not sure how great it looks. This foundation when put on does not cling to any dry patches, but starts to after a few hours. Let's say 4-5. It's not terribly clingy and I would still recommend. My only problems with this foundation is that when it breaks down, it doesn't do so in the most flattering way, so looking in the mirror is a shock, and it clings a little. It also might break me out lol.
