This is a very nice soft cleansing puff that exfoliates and cleanses my face nicely and thoroughly . I wet it first, then add a little cleansing foam on it and squeeze till it gets foamy. It feels gentle on the face but i only use this 2-3 times a week now because I've used this everyday for a week which was too harsh for my skin. I like this one and recommend it!
