I was looking for something comparable to the Kat Von D Ink liner, and I did my research and choose this. The application is very very difficult over my eye primer, and it skips over spots so I have do redo it. The pen doesn't work well over primer at all. Also, the line is not as black as the Kat Von D Ink liner, and I find myself going over the line against with my other liners. I do store the pen upright. It has good lasting power.
