This is a pretty decent toner for the price. I purchased it based a review from gothamista and I have to say I do like it, although I'm not a fan of the fragrance they put in. It's not overpowering but I don't want to layer too many times with this given the added perfume (I like doing the 7 skin method). It smells like fake green tea. I probably won't repurchase because of the fragrance but I don't regret purchasing it at all. If you don't mind fragrance, are looking for a hydrating simple toner to use, and like really thin consistency toners, you should check this out.
