I love The Saem's Harakeke series because the texture, smell, and effect are always really good. I use this toner with cotton pads and on days where my face is exposed to more dust and dirt, there will be grime shown on the cotton pad so I guess it's pretty effective in cleaning my face even after washing it with cleanser. Maybe it's just me but I feel like the Saem's products are pretty underrated (except for their famous concealer). I hope more people will get to know this amazing brand hehe ♡
