This is an okay toner. It is hydrating and maybe if you live in a more humid climate than the Scandinavia or your skin is normal to oily this could work. For my dry skin in the winter this did make the tightness disappear but instead my skin was "peeling off" which has only happened on my nose previously.. I've tried the 7 skin method (well, 2-3 layers) but the same thing happened. Maybe this needs really moisturizing products to be put on top.

It has a really mild scent and didn't irritate my fickle skin so that's a plus! It's lightly viscous and leaves the skin feeling smooth. Now I use this with a cotton pad like a regular toner rather than applying it with my hands and that seems to make the "peeling" go away.
