This includes two little bags for each foot where you soak your feet in the formula for an hour to an hour and a half. I left it on for an hour and a half. It’s amazing, doesn’t hurt at all, no pain. Some itching before the peeling started. My peeling process happened a week after.  I also find that soaking throughout the week after the peel helps the dead skin come off much more easily. My feet are super soft now though! The picture was taken 7 days after masking. PS I know this photo is gross, but I wanted to post it so you could see the results.
