Clio makes the best liners (liquid and pencil), the texture and lasting power is great as always. I just prefer the felt tip version. I would say, that if you like brush applicator as Kat Von D’s Tattoo Liner, you will love this. For me, the brush instead of felt tip tends to be softer and I feel like I do not have enough control over it, but that is just personal preference.
