If you're feeling lazy and you want to clean your face real quick, you can pour some on a cotton pad and sweep it across your face. It does a good job of making your skin clean. If you wear make up, you'll probably need to use another cotton pad. But this is really easy and quick to use. It does say you don't have to wash it off after but it does appear soapy (suds appear) so I tend to rinse with water after anyway.
