I love eyeliner. I'm trying to cut down and I have in the photo about 3/5 of the black eyeliners I own. This eyeliner has a waxy consistency and in the photo you can see that I've (badly) attempted to tightline with it. I can't say if its waterproof on normal people because I tend to cry and sweat my makeup off running and in kickball so under extreme conditions... Its okay, but I'm taking away a star because I'm worried about the inclusion of glitter in this. Its sparse and super fine and it hasn't irritated me so far, but I'm not sure what putting so little silver glitter flecks does for the formula. I wish it did not have that.
