I'm starting to love most (not all!) things COSRX including this! This lotion has a gel like consistency (see the line under where i pumped and spread some out) and it has that cooling 'ahhh' sensation of toner when I put it on and has a wet but not oily sheeny look to my skin after. I like layering this one, then the COSRX rice mask over it at night to seal in my toners and sheet masks and essences. I love the clean, lemony smell, if you've smelled the Low Ph Good Morning Cleanser or the ASol before its kind of like those two!
