I have combination skin that tends to get a bit drier as the season changes from autumn to winter.  I use this mask every 2-3 days at night when my skin needs some moisture.  A little goes a long way. I don't need to use too much to cover my face.  It takes a few minutes to sink in.  In the morning my skin doesn't look as dry and feels softer.
