I bought this essence in the premise that Iit has many rave reviews that it can lighten dark spots brought by pimples once it healed. I usually have pimples in times of my period and unlike in my teens where they naturally fade, this time, it leaves a dark scar. The review says it can lighten the scar as early as 2 weeks but it did not happen in my case. Although it fades gradually but that is in 1- 2 mos time for me. And currently it has not fully erase my dark spots yet.
