I bought this as a part of a set of gifts for a friend, and she looks lovely with the eyeliner as it has a lot of pigment. It's deeply coloured with a flattering sheen that isn't too glittery. For her, she commented that it's very smooth and easy to apply and doesn't drag (although this was applied above an eye primer, so results may vary). In terms of its waterproof quality, it had to be removed with an oil-based cleanser because it was quite stubborn... if you have sensitive eyes, you may want to look into buying a strong oil cleanser to remove this eyeliner, because it doesn't remove easily!! Despite this, there was a slight smudging of the colour after about 5 hours, and if it's applied too closely to the lash line it does have the tendency to kind of 'crumble' off in little particles around your eyes. But, as it's one of the cheapest eyeliners out there, it does a pretty good job - just requires frequent checking in a mirror to make sure it hasn't given you any sparkly freckles!
