I normally dislike pencil eyeliners as they melt and give me racoon eyes, but this liner doesn't melt at all. It stays put and looks good until the end of the day, even in hot weather. My only complaint is that the sharpening can be a pain. There's a built-in sharpener at the end of the liner, but it doesn't work super well and sometimes the product just clumps up inside.
