I bought this toner because I sometimes get trouble spots that pop up here and there on my face. The only problem was that my face was pretty dry. This toner is watery and smells a bit like alcohol. The product did NOT dry up my skin, but I think that people with dry skin might not like this product because it does not offer moisture. On the other hand, I definitely think that this toner will better suit those who have oily skin. I did not see immediate results from this product (in terms of helping to get rid of dead skin cells and such), but it is a nice toner to use when you are breaking out. The toner is gentle on my skin yet it does not leave a tacky feeling behind--it is that feeling of patting water dry on your skin. That is why this toner was nice to use when I had troubled areas on my face. I did not see it helping with pimples or acne, but I think it is a nice toner to use when you want clean skin without the feeling of the skin care just sitting on top of the skin. Again, I recommend this for people with oily skin and those who wants a light skin care when breaking out.
