This is a really relaxing eye mask that I wear to help me sleep. It warms up just enough to make me sleepy. It doesn't get hot, so don't expect it to be as hot as a hand warmer. The ear hooks are really gentle so I don't feel it when I go to sleep, but it does slip off once I move around while I sleep. That's ok though because I had already used most of the benefits of the mask while I was falling asleep!
