This face wash is very mild, but not as exfoliating as some may have expected - you don't need to use many granules to create a decent foam, and you definitely don't need to add so much that you feel many granules scratching your face like a facial scrub. It's a mild cleanser, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I've not noticed any skin benefits other than it makes my skin efficiently clean. There's no 'pulling' effect, and no residue. I find the face wash is useful for when I'm travelling, so I don't have to worry about measuring it out.
