This is a good product for puffy and tired eyes. I swipe it on during my morning routine and it provides temporary cooling and some light hydration. It helps me wake up because I am not a morning person haha. I also use it when my allergies are bad or when I haven't been getting much sleep. The only downside is the effect doesn't last long. Also, if you put too much on, it's hard to apply BB cushion over it. The packaging is super cute, though.
