While I have never heard of this particular line in the Peripera Ink lip tint series, I definitely was not disappointed. In my opinion, the formula is quite similar to the Peripera Ink the Airy Velvet. The only difference I was able to notice was that the applicator of the Peripera Cloud Ink Velvet was different to the other Peripera Ink lip tints. It isn't a doe-foot applicator, but the applicator is still easy to use, and I have no problem with it.
