Pros:

- the applicator was angled so filling in my brows was very easy

- it can be used really light or really dark

- THIS THING LASTS FOREVER! IT LASTED ME THROUGH 12+ HOURS ON MY SHIFT! NO TOUCH UPS WERE NEEDED!

- dark brown was perfect for my black hair

- the applicator doesn't break off, which is a problem I tend to have with other brow pencils

Cons:

if I had to say something "bad" it would just be that I wished the brush side vs. applicator side was different in color caps?
