I have used these patches for a long time, and I have found that they only work well on pimples that are popped. Else they do not suck out any of the liquid in the pimple, and you're basically wasting a patch.  On ready to pop pimples, when you peel the patch off it will pop the pimple, so it's best if you use another patch right after.
