I'm not really sure that this toner does anything??? the texture is super weird, like its almost a solid gel, and it holds together as a solid, but turns into a liquid with heat or when you rub it in.

the scent is super strong, so that's a downside.

it feels cooling on my face, but that's about it?? it's not doing anything bad to my face but I don't think its actually helping anything so like go off and do you but idk???
