I've used plenty of Cosrx products and I can definitely say that this sunscreen is one of my favourites so far due to it's hyrdating effects. Even without lotion underneath, it still manages to control my hydration level, and even if there's too much layers of hydration before using the product, it still does not make my face oily. I've purchased this product twice and highly recommend it to people with dry-combination skin. My sister on the other hand, has oily-combination skin and breaks out with this product, so I wouldn't recommend it to people with oily skin. Apart from that, double thumbs up for this sunscreen, oh, and also the scent is very nice and not too strong.
