This is a really good toner, great value of money and it does what it promises. After cleansing, the toner feels really hydrating in my skin, the texture is just like water as well as the color. I don't think it has any particular smell, so that's a plus. I like applying it with my hands only, but using a cotton pad works just as well. I'll probably buy this product again :)
