This used to be my holy grail eyeliner but for some reason, maybe they changed he formula or mine had a defect but the ink is all gunky, not smooth and easy to apply like before, it clogs up the brush and doesn't dry like before. My line gets smudged up and flakes soon after application. The brown version is even worse, the pigment is watery and not opaque.
