First off, the packaging is absolutely adorably shaped. It comes with a little spatula which makes for hygenic dispensing (even though I dispensed it into an airless pump for convenience) and has a thin plastic lid to cover it. The product itself has an absolutely amazing scent, has a sticky-gel cream formula which leaves a bit of a sticky sheen finish which is why I only use it at night. It soothes my dry flakey patches that I tend to get all year round, and my skin loves it. Only problem is that it doesn't come in a box or anything, and when it came it leaked despite the bubble wrap that surrounded it. At least it only leaked a tiny bit on to the bubble wrap and the leakage was mostly on the outside of the packaging and on the inside, so I was able to salvage the wasted product (which I don't believe to be Jolse's fault at all). Amazing product!
