This product is easy to use and melts away all my makes up at once. I do have to put a little bit more effort in to melt away my matte liptsicks but that just depends on what type of matte lipstick I'm wearing. It melts away a few matte brands easily while takes a little longer to remove others.

I give it four stars because the scent is a little off putting for me. The grapefruit smell is not refreshing.
