I have dry and dehydrated skin and wanted a nice mask to add to my routine. I use this as a wash off mask at the moment, because it is very hot where I'm at and can't stand anything too heavy on my face. It hydrates well and I like the scent and the texture (jelly-like). Haven't noticed any brightening effect. but again at the moment I use it as a wash off mask.
