i have been a big fan of the water bank moisture essence for a long time, the previous formula is thicker in consistency which i prefer for my dry skin. with the old formulation i found a sig. difference the next day in my skin. my skin would appear to have a glow. im not sure if im getting this wrong, whereby this is a new formula or simply another product but i prefer the other one. 4 stars because im not 100% on how i feel about the product. it is a more watery consistency and absorbs qucikly into my skin.
