This cream definitely works if you have patience. Instead of drying out blemishes overnight like harsh pink powders, it soothes and heals the blemish until it goes away on its own. I think it also helps to reduce scarring. It's not an overnight miracle, but if you can bear having blemishes for a bit, a few nights of application as a spot treatment will show results.
