I have very dry and damaged bleached hair that needs both protein and moisture. I chose this one because I've head a lot of good reviews. However, I found the results to be a bit underwhelming. It did make my hair softer, but it was nothing amazing, and the effect definitely did not last up to 7 days.This might be better for people with less damaged hair.
