I have very sensitive skin prone to redness, so I got this cream looking for soothing action and long term effect, and it managed to do it, but I'd say it needs to be a bit more moisturizing for my tastes to get 5 stars or Holy Grail status.  That's honestly my only complaint, the package is big and comfortable, it hasn't caused me any redness at all and it dries up quickly with little residue. Will probably buy again!
