The packaging is super pretty, it has a weight to it that makes it feel higher end. The box came a little dented, but the bottle itself was fine!

The texture is very much like a light lotion. If you've ever used the Nivea aftershave balm, it's like that, except a little thicker. I don't know about blurring or mattifying as I haven't tested it out completely yet, but from my first impression it's very moisturizing and leaves a dewier finish.
